The technician that came did have a mask on but it was one from a horror movie which was troubling and totally inappropriate. His shirt was torn and full of holes. I should have just sent him away but our water heater was already leaking. We wanted to know if it could be fixed or if we needed a new one. Without even asking he brought a new one with him and gave us a price that was unreasonable. We turned that down and also the next price he offered. Again we said no. On the third try the price was within reason and we agreed. He did get it installed. Though later we noticed that the conduit for the electric wires had not be correctly fastened down and we did that ourselves. We asked him also to check our overhead and hand shower combo. He managed to break that beyond repair while he was working on it. The only professional part of this whole experience was in the name of the company. We will not be using them again.
