Roofers went crazy with a nail gun on siding flashing and speared the water line. Stephen showed up on time, got a quick fix in place by dark (it was outside on the roof). He returned the next day and completed the repair. He also helped document the problem with photos so we can try and get compensated by the roofer. Great job. Thanks!

Quick. He knew the systems and reviewed my description of the knocking. He quickly repaired the 2 problems noted above, and then spent some time exploring another aspect of the 'knocking pipes' after eliminating the easy cause (air hammer). He was able to describe the most likely cause--inadequate support to the pipe going to the shower head--and what can be done to correct it when it becomes more of a problem.

The work was well done, the technician courteous and professional. The price paid was outrageous in my opinion, but I needed it done quickly. You will definitely pay through the nose if they know there is a time constraint. $400 for an hour of work.

Excellent. Two plumbers worked together under one reasonable hourly rate. Accomplished all jobs within a reasonable time frame. Everything works fine. The plumbers (Sam and Tom) were professional and knowledgeable.

He called to tell us every time he was coming (this job took a week due to having to pour cement around the relocated shower drain,and build a sill for the new sliding glass doors). There was no dust because Stephan sealed the bathroom during the work and taped down floor covers. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him; he does very neat, professional work.
