We have used this company twice. They found a leak that two other companies did not. Three years later, the repair is still perfect even after Hurricane Ian. Had another leak and the showed up on time. Amazing team. Highly recommend. Also, some of the absolutely nicest folks you will meet. If you have a roof problem, call them.

They showed right after my phone call to inspect the area of the roof leak and determined that it was next to vents on one end of the tile roof. Gave a estimate removing a 3'x3' area of tile and install new underlayment, taring and replacing tile. They showed up earlier than expected and found the leak and did the repairs. This was a few days after hurricane Irma and they found quite a number of the edge tiles were loose so they resealed those also. Paul and Madeline are so easy to work with and very professional. I have used them before and I highly recommend them for any roofing repairs.

I received a call from the owner apologizing for not getting back to me.  They were willing to come out the next day to give an estimate if we were still interested and did so.  The next week the repair was initially done.  However, a small portion still needed attention.  So they returned within days and sealed the area.  We have not had a problem since.

Repaired cracked tiles with adhesive, removed broken tiles and replaced with new ones that I had, and found several slipped tiles, put them back in place and adhered with adhesive. They also returned and did some insulation repairs in our attic.
 We were very impressed with Paul and Madeline Cowan. They are very professional and very prompt and polite. We felt their pricing was very reasonable.  We would highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

Roof Leak Patrol's owner Paul Cowan was absolutely amazing. We got three bids and Paul's pricing was extremely competitive. On top of that, Paul was very communicative throughout the entire process and always available to answer questions by phone, email, or text. I never once felt like he was too busy working on other jobs or like I was anything but his most important customer. A roofing contractor that cares so much about customer satisfaction is a rare and refreshing thing these days, especially when combined with the 35 years of experience and high level of skill that Paul and his wife bring to the table. 
Our job required more wood replacement than anyone expected and Paul did his best to keep the cost down. The web is filled with horror stories of contractors taking people for a ride or unexpectedly adding cost after cost to get the total bill as high as possible. You will not need to worry about anything like that with Roof Leak Patrol. I wholeheartedly give them my highest recommendation.
