They were very good. I picked the truck up in Cleveland then dropped it off down in Florida Keys. The truck run like a charm. They were the most affordable of all, they were very accommodating, very courteous, and I even got my days mixed up on returning it and they didn't charge me the extra day. Other than driving one for 1800 miles, the overall experience was outstanding.
Description of Work: I used Penske Truck Rental for truck rental services in November.

Penske Truck Rental had good, new equipment, the truck was clean, the price was comparative, and there were no problems to turn in the truck because the paperwork was done. I would recommend Penske Truck Rental to someone who was looking.

They had the best price and I needed to use a national company. I got a brand new truck and did not have any problems. It was very convenient. I had to change the date a few times and they were very responsive and accommodating. Everybody I spoke with was very nice.
Description of Work: I used Penske Truck Rental for truck rental. I rented a 12 foot box truck to move my stuff from Maryland to Florida.
