All done correctly the first time. Excellent job!!

It was great! The tech cleaned up all of the old material and took everything with him. He waited until the inspector came out and then waited for FPL to come back and turn my power back on.

This company has treated me as well as anyone could expect. When there was a problem with a timer they had inspected a few days before I called and they said they would send someone the same day. Unfortunately there was a mistake at their office and no one showed even though they had promised service. When I phoned the next morning they were extremely apologetic and sent someone right away. The lady who had made the mistake even phoned and apologized. We all know that sometimes mistakes occur and the real measure is how the company responds. This company responded exactly as they should. They are an honest, first class operation and I recommend them highly.

We called the answering service on a Sunday, and were told the on-call technician would call back; this was done within minutes. Ivan said he'd be at our place within an hour and he was. He also gave us the price for the service call when we asked. This company does not charge overtime during the weekends. He was here promptly as said and went about checking the line and our circuit board. Ivan was very thorough and professional. There was good news and bad news- it was not the wiring, it was the water heater itself. He checked out our entire circuit board and we felt like we were in good hands. We have some other electrical work we want done and plan to call to schedule an appointment. My husband and I are both very satisfied with this company and Ivan's work here.

Issue is with the office: they got both our address and the job description wrong. Started bad, ended worse!

They were very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job.

They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they were going to do. They were also accommodating. They filled out paperwork for me too and sent it over to the insurance company; and saved me the leg work.

I can't say enough good things about Michael Looney Electric- I started with contacting more than 5 electrical contractors and knew I finally had the right company when I spoke with Harry on the phone. Harry knew exactly what I needed, discussed in detail what would be involved and also answered all of my questions regarding how I would be able to do some of the work myself in order to save money. I was provided with a prompt, professional estimate (unbelievable as this may sound, it was also the lowest) and Harry made all of the arrangements with the county and local utility company to get the job done. I have heard nothing but good things about this company when asking around and I also learned that Michael Looney Electrical did their best to help victims of hurricane Charley and did not inflate prices as so many contractors did. My husband and I are planning on doing more electrical work on one of our homes (recessed lighting and an outdoor electrical panel) and Looney will be doing the work for us.
I recommend Michael Looney Electric without reservation- what an enjoyable experience to have the work done promptly, correctly and reasonably priced!
