Countertop and Backsplash Service
He sent someone out ONCE to sand the countertops and mentioned that we would try that first to see if that would correct the problem. He also mentioned that this has never happened with any of his countertops before. At that point I told him then my countertop must be defective. It didn?t work and I?ve made several attempts to call him and he won?t answer or return my calls. I am disheartened that he would abandon someone who spent a significant amount of money on their home and leave them with a totally defective product that is going to cost a substantial amount of money to replace (IN A BRAND NEW HOME). I told him that I might have a defective product. This is my first beautiful home that I take pride in and he should too.
