Manasota Key showed my rental house screened for a tenant, found one and had the tenant sign a lease at their office.  Manasota key kept the first month?s rent   $850.00, ?as their fee? After two months the tenants stopped paying the rent.  I brought this to Manasota Key?s attention.  I was told that because I did not have a management agreement with them there was nothing they could do.  I wound up spending over $1000.00 in legal fees to have the tenants that Manasota key placed in my rental house evicted.  Manasota key would not refund any of the $850.00.
 
Manasota Key, ? aka Conch-Out-Vacations?,  cost me over $ 1,850.00 in lost rent and legal fees not to mention  a lot of headaches.
