From start to finish, it was a great experience. It seemed to be done in a matter of no time. All the employees were very nice, tried not to make a mess, stay out of your way, and help or answer any questions we may of had.
Description of Work: Mr. Ketter arrived when he said he would for the initial consultation. Very personable and polite. I knew my roof needed to be replaced, but according to Mr. Ketter, not near as much as I thought.( WOW.. Honesty! ) They started the next morning, tearing off everything down to the wood, taking out the old oil burning chimney, replacing and covering the existing hole. Putting down all lead boot's, vents, put down pill & stick dry, then another layer, and cap sheet. Replaced the soffit and facia where needed. Then hauled off all the trash, walked the grounds with a magnet for any nails that might have fallen in the grass. There was no mess at all, just a beautiful new roof, that was done in a matter of days! And yes, MR. KETTER IS FULLY LICENSED & INSURED.
