 + -1 moreOwning a home in the United States and living in Canada can be very difficult. In the past we did not have this service and the result was our house had a substantial flood from a faulty pipe to our water filter. After having to remodel the whole house we decided to get a management company to take care of our house and make weekly inspections. The service has been amazing. I couldn't ask for a better company than this. Her (the owner) ensures that everything is taking care off and performs a safety check each week. He checks to make sure the water is turned off, that there are no issues outside around the property as well as climate control and inspecting for bugs ect.....He picks up packages, will schedule deliveries and installations of appliances...basically anything you need done he will do or he will find somebody that will. I feel confidant and have peace of mind that our house is in good hands and would defiantly recommend this company. The prices are fair and reasonable and the service is outstanding. Lynda

 + -1 moreWe use Kastle Keepers to watch over our residence when we are away - sometimes as long as 3-4 months. We have Kastle Keepers visit once a week and thoroughly inspect the house inside and out. Because we sometimes leave the home for an extended absence the insurance company required us to submit proof of that we either had an alarm company or a professional property manager monitoring our home. When we asked Herb Stephens, the owner of Kastle Keepers to provide proof of their involvement he immediately contacted our insurance agent with all pertinent details regarding his licenses and qualifications which satisfied the company's request. Our experience with KastleKeepers and Herb Stephens has been extraordinarily positive and we look forward to a continuing relationship with Herb.
Description of Work: Herb Stephens, the owner of Kastle Keepers visited our property weekly and went through his check-list to ensure there were no unusual conditions either outside or inside that needed additional attention and/or repair.

 + -1 moreKastle Keepers provides a wonderful service of keeping an eye on our home when we are not there. They come every two weeks without fail. I receive photos from them on each visit. They are professional and competent. Herb responds to emails and texts promptly. It is a huge peace of mind to know we have a reliable service looking over our home.
Description of Work: Kastle Keeprs visits our home twice a month to make sure home is secure.
