Owning a home in the United States and living in Canada can be very difficult. In the past we did not have this service and the result was our house had a substantial flood from a faulty pipe to our water filter. After having to remodel the whole house we decided to get a management company to take care of our house and make weekly inspections.
The service has been amazing. I couldn't ask for a better company than this. Her (the owner) ensures that everything is taking care off and performs a safety check each week. He checks to make sure the water is turned off, that there are no issues outside around the property as well as climate control and inspecting for bugs ect.....He picks up packages, will schedule deliveries and installations of appliances...basically anything you need done he will do or he will find somebody that will.
I feel confidant and have peace of mind that our house is in good hands and would defiantly recommend this company. The prices are fair and reasonable and the service is outstanding.
