 + -1 moreSkip is a real pro. He comes when he says he will, does what he agrees to. Very high quality work. He sets up completely and then cleans up well when he's done. Good carpentry work, and chose an excellent stair for the install. Would definitely recommend him and use him again!

 + 2 moreWe have an excellent rapport with Skip, he does excellent work and stands by his work. We used him previously for a kitchen remodel, installation of new front entry door and a new downstairs bathroom. We would not heistate to use his services again.
Description of Work: Remodeled 3 season room into a four season room; new windows, replaced door with slider, finish work for interior walls and exterior siding work.

Description of Work: We were in need of a door in a space that was previously an open space between rooms. The size was not a standard size so Franz Contractors was able to come up with a perfect solution.

 + 0 moreHe responded very quickly with samples of new cabinets and provided an excellent value and very fast service. All I did was call 410-365-9049 and he came out the next day. I noticed that he has been in business for over 30 years and has never had a complaint with the Maryland Home Improvement Association. He showed me outstanding examples of his work with Stuart Kitchens.
Description of Work: Skip Franz did a fabulous job replacing cabinets in our master bathroom. He is an expert carpenter.
