Went very poorly. The owner arrived on the service day with six other people. Twice during the morning I asked about the cost of all these people and was told not to worry. Finally, he re-provided hourly rates, forcing me to calculate the expected cost. I was astounded! Once again, he told me not to worry -- that the bill would be reasonable. At the end of the day, the work was incomplete {the work was accurate, but very slow} and, based upon his reassurances of reasonable billing, I agreed to have a second half day. Eventually I received a bill based solely on his hourly rates -- it was outrageous. I was victimized. The owner continually provided assurances and avoided providing a good estimate of the effort, because I am sure he knew that I wouldn't have agreed to the effort. This is not an uncommon practice in Florida, and my own naivet is partially responsible. However, this business will engage is this deception whenever given the opportunity. So, WATCH OUT!!
