Very well. Service Manager Keith Harper came out and made several recommendations. His price was very competitive and even offered some extra incentives. Keith helped explain the differences between manufacturers and their warranties. The installers (Justin, Josh, and Billy) did a great job taking the old unit out of the attic and hauling the new unit up into the attic. They added another air return vent and moved one of the air supply vents, plus added a special air filtration system. Castle Air also offered a temporary a/c unit to tie us over until the new unit got installed (we didn't need it because we had a cool spell and the temperature was pleasant outside and inside). Very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.
