They came and inspected immediately. He pulled workers from a job that wasn't emergent and sent them to us. They arranged for the field to be pumped. The workers were very professional and everything is working great now. While all of this was going on they were in touch with my husband by phone to explain what needed to be done and get it authorized.

Gene Pack, the owner of Candlelite, had me up and running in less than two hours. He actually installed two float switches so there would be a lesser chance of a repeat of the situation
