"We are very disheartened to read [Member Name Removed]'s update. When our installer left her home she was very happy and told him how beautiful everything was. Our installer instructs each customer on the proper use of each of their new blinds before leaving and has the customer test each blind to make sure they are in good working order. [Member Name Removed]'s blinds were installed on a Friday afternoon and she contacted us the following Monday to express her concerns about the verticals not working properly. I apologized and scheduled a service call for the owner to stop by and see what the issue could be. We have scheduled 3 different service calls for the owner to go to [Member Name Removed]'s home and see what the issue could be. Unfortunately [Member Name Removed] has canceled all 3 appointments so we haven't been able to look at her blinds to determine the proper way to rectify the situation. We'd be more than happy to correct any issues she's having if she'd contact us and schedule another appointment. The last time she called here to cancel was because she said the blinds were working as they were supposed to and she didn't need us to come over. This was left on our answering machine so I returned her call and told her I was the glad the blinds seemed to be working fine but to please call if it happened again so we could get out there right away. We haven't heard back from her since that conversation. We take great pride in the products we sell and the service we provide. We have many great reviews from happy customers and we strive every day to keep that momentum going. We feel badly that [Member Name Removed] is (or was) having problems but since she's canceled all of her service calls and hasn't called to schedule any more, there's not much more we can do. We do apologize for any aggravation this has caused her as that was not our intention. We would like to hear back from [Member Name Removed] to schedule an appointment if she is still having problems, which we hope she isn't. Thank you."
