The owner who is very personable said that they also do irrigation for a sprinkler system and I was quoted a price of $2500. I had them do this job which as very sloppy. the pipping and valves were placed too high in the lawn which meant that if you stepped on or ran over them with a mower they would be damaged. this caused multiple leaks along with the sprinkler heads set too high with all having valves and heads lowered and replaced with better quality valves.. To make matters worse Advanced Landscaping did not install a shutoff whereas the system would leak  continuously. The county questioned my water use which has been running over 35000 gal a month for two people and having the sprinkler system turned off. The only way to turn off the sprinkler system was to turn off the water for the entire house. I had a professional repair the system and replace and lower all the valves (5 zones), repair and adjust sprinkler heads and install a shutoff for my irrigation system. This cost me $580. but it was at least done right. Advanced Landscaping also cuts my grass and maintains the shrubbery but are inconsistent as far as showing up for the lawnmowing. It just appears that they take on jobs but do not really take a lot of pride in their work.

They removed mulch from my yard, which the previous owner had put down mulch on the whole front yard. Then they put down sod but they must have underestimated the job. They ran out of sod before they were finished. It's been over a month, I've called them many times and I still don't have any sod in my front yard. The guy is real personable but he is not honest. Every time I call them I get a machine. They have been paid. The fellow that owns it doesn't do the work. He hires others, brings them out to do the work and then goes somewhere else. He's got a big set up obviously, nice equipment. His workers work hard and I actually tipped all of those guys each and every time they came here. He's personable, but he doesn't tell you the truth, he tells you what you want to hear.
