They called to say it was time for semi-annual appt, which I'd paid for at the last visit, my first with the co. Steve was on time. He did the maintenance, explaining as he went (and offered to not do so if I wasn't interested). Did the work we'd already planned on and gave me a good reason why to replace the hard start, which we did. He showed me the new and old parts. Steve is personable, does good work in the community and likes my big dog.
