Everything went as planned.  Our appointment had been set a couple of weeks earlier.  The day of the appointment, Shawn, their inside dispatcher called to confirm the appoitment.  Doug Carducci came out and did the install.
Doug has told me that they stand behind their work.  If there is a problem due to their service work, they will come out and make it right.  That gives an owner piece of mind.  Doug fixed another broken down air conditioner at another rental house I own about five months ago and it is still working well.
I own five houses and needed a "Go To Company" for repairs.  I decided to make Angie's List members aware of Doug Carducci's Primary Air Heating and Air conditioning so they too would have an honest, experienced "Go To Company" when they need repair.  They cover all of Tampa Bay.
Of course, Primary Air can give you a quote if you need a brand new system as well.

They are always polite.  They are professional.  I just think that they are friendly, efficient and reasonably priced.  I just feel that they are honest.  They have all the good qualities that I would need them to have to be around my home.  I will absolutely use their services again in the future.
