I requested an estimate from Mr. Howell and he came to my house on a Saturday. Was pleasant enough and said he would have estimate on the Monday. On Monday I asked him when I could expect the estimate and he indicated it would by 6:00. Meanwhile I had decide to hire another company. I told him never mind on the estimate and Thanked him. I then get back this text from him: "Sn sorry for that hope they do a bad job for you since you are rude and nasty I told you I would have it to you Monday when I left your ertimate please never call my company back will never work for rude and nasty people like yourself" In my mind this was very rude of him and just because I decided to go with someone else, doesn't make me rude. I never said a rude thing to him. I'm glad I discovered his true personality before I hired him. Can't say anything about the quality of his work, but beware this dude has an attitude.
