Neil has been out two times and found the problem and fixed it each time. Excellent work from him//

The last time they sent Frank who was not at all interested in fixing the problem. He stated that the Freon was okay and the unit was working. This is what I knew but the problem was the unit continued to run and never reached the setting on the thermostat.  He kept  looking for outside reasons that he said contributed to the problem. He stated that air return is too small and ductwork is metal and not all insulation is on it. This has always been the same since we bought the place years ago.  He then taped a large black plastic bag over my attic fan as he said the heat from the attic was causing the problem. He also changed the air filter with one he had on the truck as he said the one I had was not right... funny, it's the same kind we have always used.

I  highly recommend Neil but can not recommend Frank.

 I would give this company an A rating with Neil but Frank pulls the rating down. Sorry.
