I called and they spoke with me and he was over the next day and took time to explain how the Mac worked, how to use the file system, and should me how to download programs and which programs would work on a mac. I plan on using them again a couple of times of week until i figure it all out. Sal was dressed professional and they were on time, he even called an hour before to make sure we were on.
Description of Work: Sal came in and helped me learn how to you my MAC notebook. I had never used a Mac before, i bought it because it was a good deal, so i thought i could figure it out but couldnt. I went to best buy to use thier geek sqaud and they wanted 125.00 to just come out, i did a search on the net and found them on yahoo.
