CPI (CRAIG PETERS INTERIOR TEXTURES, LLC) In early March we began to consider remodeling our main bathroom. We called in Bath Fitters & got their estimate. Just for doing the shower area was about $4,100?.far more than we wanted to spend for our mobile home. We then were recommended (by the Mobile Home Depot people) to call Craig Peters. He came the next day & we discussed re-doing our shower area. He gave us a labor price & we were to buy the materials which he agreed to pick up for us. When all was said & done, his price was reasonable, such to the point that we began discussing other things we wanted to do in that bathroom. He also said he does (lanai-type) screening as well as many other things. Without going through all the details, we had him tear out an old shower, reinforce the area & install a new shower as well as a new (ADA approved) toilet, vanity, lighting and bathroom storage cabinet, as well as rescreen our entire front porch, and the total bill (including materials we bought & paid for ourselves and his carting away the old stuff) came to just slightly more than what we would have spent with Bath Fitters. This is not a knock at Bath Fitters for they have a beautiful product but their price simply was not in our budget. We must comment that Craig Peters is an artisan and a perfectionist when it comes to his work and he is extremely neat in cleaning everything up as he goes each day He also made suggestions that saved us money & did things for us that he ?threw in to the price? (that is, he didn?t charge us for). He also is a wonderfully nice person and was a pleasure to deal with. We intend giving him other home upgrade projects we want done in the future.
