We called him on New Year 's day. He arrived promptly at 8:00 the next morning. He checked over the plumbing and determined the problem was a blocked main sewer line. He had a machine with him and was able to clear the drain right away. He explained everything he did. He also told us how to help prevent further issues with the sewer line. Before leaving, he checked his work to make sure everything was fixed and working.
