The response of the company after my first call was excellent. Fred arrived on time and left a very competitive estimate, but we decided to accept the bid from another contractor.

They could not provide.  They do not have email capabilities, and extremely poor communications.  Can't even get an estimate.  Whoever answers the phone was rather rude.  Go somewhere else where your business will be appreciated.

My experience with Sun Coast Gutters, Inc. was superb. Originally set installation for July 15th, but I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to do the installation five days earlier than promised. John and his crew provided very clean, efficient and professional service. Except for my sparkling new gutters you would never know that they had been here.

They came the next day after I called and got the job done very quick. They did an excellent job. Very satisfied with the quality of the gutter.

When I called, the nice woman that I spoke with took my information and let me know that he was very busy and it might take a day or 2 to get back with me. She was very friendly. Its terrible but I can't remember the mans name who called me 2 or 3 days later. He came out that day and gave me an estimate. The price was good so I set it up right then for him to come out the next week. What was really nice is that unlike some services I didn't need to be here for it. He actually ended up coming earlier than I expected and was done in a few hours. It was that easy. I wish that all of my experiences could go so smoothly. Would highly recommend.

Only difficulty was getting telephone responses.

We called on Wednesday 9/4/13 to ask about an estimate. They called us back the same day and said he would be with us the following afternoon at around 4pm. He called us again to say he had been called to Titusville that day and could not be with us until Friday morning about 11am.
That was our last contact from this company. He did not arrive (admittedly it rained most of the day on Friday) and has has still not called us to apologize or set a new appointment.
We will now be looking elsewhere for our gutter work..

The installers came and did their job quickly and professionally. When they were done everything was cleaned up to my complete satisfaction.

These guys were very busy when we called but they stopped by to give us a quote. We called to schedule the work and they were able to get to us in a few days even though they were very busy at the time.
The installation went smoothly and only took a couple of hours. They were very professional yet friendly as well.
We're very pleased with the quality of the work and the quality of the materials used. The cost for the work and materials was excellent in our opinion.

I called on Monday speaking to someone but never heard back, John just turned up on Thursday.
Work was performed well along with good advice for the future on the roof and gutters,

He's wonderful. He was reasonably priced, very fast and very efficient.

They were very fast, stuck to the bid price and the job look primo. I would highly recomend them

Great job. They made recommendations so the gutters would not detract from our log home with a metal roof.

They guys were great. They came on the day we scheduled, gave me options and an estimate first and then did the work. Very professional and personable. They were efficient, explained what they were doing and cleaned up afterward; they even cleaned the house where they were attaching the new gutter. I will have them back to replace my garage gutters (need to order a color) and for cleaning the gutters. I definitely recommend them!

John and Matt were on time. They cleaned the gutters with a blower,. John noticed I need some new gutter guards, so I had him replace them. They also fixed a few minor problems. John gave me the names of workmen for other jobs. I was pleased with their service.They were very nice and easy to work with. They were here an hour and worked quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I would rate them an A. I lucked out, I picked them out from 3 that I was looking at. I called a couple of them. I talked to this gentleman on the phone and he was very informative, wasn't pushy, gave me a quote over the phone. I waited a month to call him back, when he came out he did it right on the spot. He was easy to work with, I just think he was very good.

They were very good, prompt and esasy to work with.

great. John came out the next day and provided an estimate. he was very honest about what parts of the roof required gutters . I had limited days that I was available he and his crew showed up early and got right to work and completed the job very quickly. It rained very hard that afternoon and I was able to see the gutters at work that same day. They worked great and took care of the water problem I was having.

My gutters were clogged later one day. I called them, but they couldn’t come right then. They came later and did the job. They did a great job and I am very satisfied with them. He was a very nice guy.
