Excellent service all around. We were with out water at our residence in Edgewater, FL. And I was able to determine the well pump wasn’t working. These guys were simply amazing. They had me text them our address and photos of the system we had. They showed up same day, removed the old pump and pressure tank and then installed the new system.They had our water back up and running with in 20 minutes of arriving to our property. I take care of my 91 year old father here who has been on hospice since December 2021. Its been very challenging and I became somewhat emotional to see these guys rally for us and get our water going again. When I heard the new pump come on and saw the water working, I began crying tears of joy. We are so grateful to you for coming so quickly! Life is one continuous blessing and today you were ours! ??

We hired simply sprinklers in Sept 2020 to install landscape lighting. They did such a great job that we had them install our sprinkler system resulting in thousands of dollars worth of work. Several of our lights have gone out and I've tried repeatedly to have the company come and repair them to no avail. We live in Melbourne Beach which is a ways away and have offered to pay for the repair service however we received no response from the vendor. We love supporting local businesses and give them the benefit of the doubt given the supply chain crisis and lack of landscape businesses in the area however we are out of patience with this company.

GOOD AND BAD; I hired this company on August 11, 2020 and they came out stating that they had the best product than anyone else. They replaced 9 sprays with 6" and replaced 1 rotor with 4" at the cost of $400.00. I have been unable to use my sprinkler for about 3 weeks because 1 of the replacement sprinkler is defected or damage and is flooding the sidewalk. I have contacted them several times and they promise to come out and fix the problem. I am asking that you recommend a different company that is reliable and trustworthy because I will NEVER, EVER use Simply Sprinklers again.

"you have not called the correct number I am currently trying to locate your please call 3863075895 and we will take care of any warranty issues just located your text message you just called me last week we texted back and forth (while I was on vacation) last week I tried to call also I will post our texts to prove last text from me "tomorrow??" you responded the next morning with a GIF. that said "really?"...after that I did not take you seriously we are extremely busy trying to get to all our customers I apologize if we could not get to you immediately!! none the less you are still under warranty and if the broken head is our fault we will cover it."

Unfortunately cannot recommend. They are not either thinking or not listening. Or maybe they should hire someone to help with phone-calls. I told him twice that my pipes broke a week before zone 3 stopped working. He told me all 3 valves needed to be replaced with for around $750, not just one. He told me valves were expensive "like $100 each". Then when no water was flowing I told him for the 3rd time that my pipes had been broken last week. He finally found the actual problem where the broken pies hadn't been fixed properly. I paid $1050 and felt over-charged. I called and spoke to Owner. He said he would call me back. I did not hear back for an entire week... I called again and asked for at least $200 back which he seemed happy with and did send. A month later one sprinkler started leaking constantly 24/7. I told him its constantly leaking since the last use and asked if this could be under warranty. He said someone would come and check but later that week. In the meantime since it was constantly leaking I called someone else who said it was the valve. Apparently a sprinkler person *should Know* that constantly-leaking means its probably the valve and not the sprinkler head! I called the owner again since this is under warranty. He said he would call back and send someone over. Two days passed and the weekend was coming and I did not get a call back, so I had the other guy repair it. He said a valve costs $33 NOT $100! It was the same brand. I did hear back on Monday but told them I'd already fixed it.

"I am sorry you feel that way, I have never had a cuatomer argue with me that she doesnt feel manual labor digging 80 ft through tree roots was not worth what the proffesionals say it is,but to resolve the issue I refunded you a check of 200$, also I recall you had called other companies to solve the pipe issue originally and they are the one who did the job incorrectly and we had to run completely new main line and replace the valves which were as old as the house and full of dirt from the broken main, which you also did not agree with,the valve that was leaking that sent me a picture of was a defective solenoid seal from the manufacturer that failed weeks after the work was completed."

Simply Sprinklers did a great job. They came out to do an estimate but their estimate was lower the other estimates and the guy was so knowledgeable and professional that I hired him on the spot. He did an awesome job getting everything up and working and took the time to show me how to work the new system box. I highly recommend this company.

I thought the price was high, but I really had nothing to compare because the other two places that responded to my request either did not provide a working phone number or never returned my call. Having said that though, a lot of work was done because the heads were in poor shape. A whole zone needed to be shut off and there were many leaks. The quality of work was decent and the two-person crew was very knowledgeable and professional. They were there most of the day. I was very appreciative of the detailed work invoice for my records. I will hire them again.

Mark was so prompt to answer my request and was very attentive and cordial during our phone calls. Once the technician arrived, he was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Took the time to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I was happy to see that my neighbors started stopping by to ask about the company and I sure hope they got good business from it because they are worth every penny,

Simply Sprinklers Attn: Mark July 27,2019 On July 11, 2019 I went on line to Angie’s List to find a sprinkler repair company. The City of Maitland Code Enforcer stated a broken sprinkler needed to be fixed. Mark, the owner of Simply Sprinklers, was the first to respond to my request. He made an appointment for 8:30 am on July 12. The workers called at 8:45am to let me know they were running late. Two men arrived at 9:05am. The worker named George stated it would probably cost more than a hundred to fix the sprinkler. He did have to cut a 4 inch piece of oak root to locate the break in the line. He then checked my geotherm cooling system that discharges into a 5 zone sprinkler system. It is on a well. He recommended that I go to Lowe’s to get some dirt to fill in the hole where the water had washed away the dirt. I went to Lowe’s (2mi away) to get top soil and when I returned George had filled in the space with my potting soil and the dirt was not needed. The sprinkler continued to leak and run in the gutter and he stated this was normal. None of my other sprinklers leak like this one. They then went thru the 5 zones again and recommended changing 3 sprinkler heads and moving them closer to the lawn (about 1 foot). The men were here 2 hours and replaced 4 sprinkler heads. Since heads cost about $10.00 a piece at Lowe’s, I consider $500.00 an extremely unreasonable cost. I thought this could be gouging a 70 year old widow! The sprinkler continued to run down the gutter so I had a friend of my daughter’s dig up the repair and fix the sprinkler head. "first and foremost my company gives a free estimate we give the customer the choice to do the work and a price up front that is agreed upon before any technician begins repairs. Also we would never gouge anyone no matter what age or stereotype, we in most cases offer flat rates, or set prices to our customers when giving these estimates and a 1 year warranty on any work completed. I own the company and can be reached in many ways via email, phone, text, social media and often take care of questions and concerns after hours and weekends. ***ATTENTION ANGIES LIST MGMT**** Please do background research and have this rating removed it is completely false and I have all records/documentaion. Very well. Had to dig-up the whole yard, to reach broken system. last 4 landscaping co. did not fix the problem. They put wrong heads on, buried old heads with new work. Each time this happened. Heads broke-off causing pipes to break - Very costly each time. The lawn was near losing, but Simply Sprinkler's brought it all back!!. They worked from a.m. to 6p.m. till it ran at 100%. Quality workmanship & stands 100% guarantee- fulfilled. A very happy customer!.

They were incredible. They came out right away, explained what the problem was, told me what they needed to do to fix it and told me when they would be back to fix it. They came earlier than scheduled time. They were really concern about my lawn, they have this sense of urgency to fix my sprinkler. I highly recommend this company.
