 + -1 moreResponse was prompt, and the work was done professionally and with good communication throughout. While doing some other remodeling we discovered that our ducts had some obvious prior problems (coming apart, molding, and poor configuration). These were all corrected and cleaned up well by Servair. They were able to fabricate what was needed on site in a timely way, and also give us a bit of advice on how to best deal with the limitations of our system. And, they kept true to their original estimate.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced the air handler/duct work that connects to the rooftop AC unit in our townhouse.

 + -1 moreThe job started in late December in order to get the tax credit. The price was agreed on and the worked began 2 days later. The was installed in just 1 day and the duct worked sand every thing was checked. The unit has perform great and my AC electrical bill has actually gone down. Every worked and were professional and polite. Thanks Gary for a professional job.
Description of Work: Servair installed a new much more efficent unit t with a very good price. Ihave used Servair in the past and had a great shopping exiperence. I would Sevair again and reccommend them to all my friends and family.

Description of Work: They replaced my old A/C and heating system. Came out within a few hours when I called for estimate, and scheduled the work for just a few days later. Installers were organized, professional, quick, and cleaned up too. I am completely satisfied.

 + -1 moreThe men that come out from Servair are really professional and very punctual. We always feel that we get our money's worth with them.
Description of Work: They came out to repair the air conditioner, which covers our 1700 square foot home. They replaced a small part in the coil and did this within an hour or so. There was no service warranty or contract.

SERVAIR HEATING & AIR COND offers the following services: Heating and air conditioning. Servair offers service and installation of heating and air conditioning units and furnaces. We are able to do new construction installation and ductwork as well as replacement of existing systems. We offer annual maintenance service contracts that allow an inspection in the spring and one in the fall at one great price. Free estimates on the purchase of a new system.
We do not do duct cleaning as it is not recommended if the system is properly sealed and maintained.
