Called in the morning and Ken's Heating and Air Conditioning was able to be here in the afternoon. We have used Ken's for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied with their service -- from repair to replacement of the HVAC unit they have always been reliable.

Was very cold in Florida and when we tried to use the heating side of the A/c unit it was blowing cold air. This was on a saturday and the technician drove all the way to our home in northern part of the county. They have primary office in the southern part of the county.
The technician ordered the part and it was installed the next day...on a sunday!
Very polite technician and very knowledgeable.
Cannot say enough good things about this company..we have used them before when the blower to the a/c unit went out in the middle of a very hot and muggy summer month. They put in a temporary blower until our part came in and did not charge extra to come back out. Amazing!
