Excellent. It was a very unique wiring set up. I tried to do it myself first. Brought it to Jimz, got a estimate, agreed to it. He had to special order specific sockets. Love the working family heirloom!

We called them on Saturday 6/10/17 and they were there in an hour! They came, gave us an estimate and had the work completed on Tuesday 6/13/17. The only reason was, they needed to order a part and Monday wasn't good for my mom. Couldn't be more happy with the service performed, the promptness of their workers and the all around courtesy of this company.

"Thank you for the kind words. Unfortunately, you were asleep when we returned the TV around noon-time, so you were unaware that we spent considerable time attempting to please your mother. In actuality, the TV we loaned her was newer and definitely DID have a sharper picture than the one we repaired and returned. One of the rare 'down' sides for providing you and your mom with our Free Loaner TV, I guess. sigh! Thank you again."

He says he can fix anything that can be plugged in. He is very honest; if there is something that he cannot fix, like my washing machine, he tells me.
