Ken and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, polite, and hard working. What GrassRoots accomplished in a day was surprising. Most certainly a lot of bang for the buck. A pleasure to deal with him.

They were wonderful. The did a great job and were professional and fun. We have two big dogs and they were great with them.

Professional and detailed in job well done. I was pleased with the work and trimming they did on my front and back lawn. They also cleared the growth on the driveway. I forgot how big the driveway was. Outstanding job, I will hire them again.

Very good on cutting and removal

Requires upfront invoicing and payment at the beginning of the month. We prepaid him for the last month of September. He gave us zero notice that he would not be servicing our account anymore. He was paid in full for September and still owes a service for the month of September. He said he was going to provide last service and now is not responding to texts or requests for the status of the service owed that he was paid for. He also did not trim back large pepper tree that was included in an initial payment of $350 for additional landscaping. Still has yet to be done.

The contractor contacted me to make things right. Therefore I agreed to edit my review.

The owner Ken, was very knowledgeable about the health of other trees in our yard. Gave free advise, and suggested how to keep other trees looking healthier. Also, he fertilized an area for free. Cleaned up, did nice work.
