Price and service were great but we never had any idea of when things were going to happen. Both for the estimate and the actual work, no one contacted us to let us know what the schedule was. We had to make repeated calls to find out. The office girl was pleasant but quick to shuttle us off the phone because she was usually not in the office when we tried to reach them (poor cell reception and lunch were the excuses I received). I had to call the city to find out if a permit was pulled also.
All in all, I gave Fand M a good review because the work was excellent...the crew was very polite and the work was completed in a clean and timely manner. The price was competitive with the other bids we got as well. Also, the extension to the driveway was added to an existing part that is a few years old. We were concerned that the color would be different but it has blended well and looks great.

The crews along with the owner and removed the old section of the driveway and poured and finished the new section. The job came out perfect. Thanks F+M

The experience was excellent overall. They did a phenomenal job. The workers know what they're doing, and the presentation of the product was phenomenal. They told me that and ldquo;my concrete cracks where I want it to crack.and rdquo; They laid the concrete on sugar sand, which very very fine sand. I can't say enough good things about this company, and I would strongly recommend them for any concrete work!

The work performed by F and M were completed in very timely fashion and we were treated fairly on change orders. The work that they performed was not and quot;perfectand quot;, but if you know anything about construction, you realize that seldom is anything absolutely perfect. I would say that their work was way above average or industry standards. Frank can come across a little bit gruff, if you are not used to construction guys, but he sure delivers a nice project. After a short time you realize that he and his crew are very accomidating and are very capable. If you want the smooth salesman treatment and crummy work, F and M probably isn't for you. You are making a mistake if you don't consider these guys for your concrete work.
