They showed up at the scheduled time and completed the work in a timely manner. They then showed us how to use the system and told us how to get supplies in the future. After a month of using the system we could not be more pleased. Scaling that had started to develop on all our faucets from the hard water has not only stopped forming but is now disappearing. We have also noticed a significant difference in the water quality both in taste and bathing.
We would definitely recommend this system.

The service person threw out the old salt on the lawn causing it to die. The fix never did work. They would come back and say it was working fine. My clothes were yellow and the dishwasher did'nt work right, my sinks had calcium deposits on them. They did not take our word for it. We finally found a company that came and fixed it and it works perfect now. We went and told them the story and they said too much time had gone by and they would not give any of the $500.00 back that we paid them.

The experience of working with them was great. I didn?t really know a lot about water softeners. The guys there were really helpful. They walked me through the whole process. They were very professional. They helped with the financing, which was very helpful. It was very easy and quick. It was a very positive experience. Their pricing was very fair too.
