Mr. Bach was punctual and immediately assessed the situation. He replaced a sensor and a switch, all in less than an hour.
The old washing machine has worked perfectly ever since the repair (now for 5 months).

Problem with my washing machine. Called a number of companies, left messages or was told I would have to wait until the following week. I have a limited schedule and needed the work done quickly. I received a call back w/in 5 minutes and the repairman came as scheduled the next day. Discovered the problem very quickly, gave me a number of possible remedys. He was able to repair the machine immediately, for an extremely low price and extyremely high quality of service. I would recommend Don Bach highly.

Daughter-in-law pleased with service, looked at in morning, fixed by afternoon. Refrigerator keeping cold. When you live out of state and need repairs to your other home, this list site is very helpful. I would recommend this company.

my refrigerator was fluctuating in temperature and it finally got up to 65 degrees. i called Don and they said he would be over in about an hour. an hour later, he showed up. he looked under the fridge, said it was a bad relay, replaced it and was done. he was only here about 20 minutes and everything has been fine since!

Had called several other companies that told me that I could be looking at over $300 in repairs plus $75 service call fee. Called Don's Appliance repair and they charged a flat rate ($20) plus parts. Don himself arrived and within 20 minutes the problem was fixed. He didn't try to "find" other problems or charge me erroneously for parts I didn't need. He was very honest and professional. I will recommend him to anyone that needs appliance repairs.
