If anyone is thinking about going to Diversified Flooring in Edgewater Florida to install their Hardwood Flooring THINK AGAIN!!! They were pleasant in the beginning. I met with.Janis McCord an Employee with Diversified Flooring who assured me that they did quality work and cared about their customers. ALL LIES !!!! DAY 1 One of their installers choose to be on the phone for over 20 minutes. I then called Janis to advise her and she immediately called them and told them to get off the phone. DAY 2 was not much better... he continued to talk on the phone while installing my floor. Obviously he was not concerned with the job and he did not install the flooring correctly and it started to buckle shortly there after. They also did not let the product sit in the house for a week before installing which could be a problem. Upon completion of laying the floor. I began cleaning them with Shaw's cleaner which was specified by Diversified Floors and my floors began to show a hazing . I called Janis from Diversified Flooring to come look at the floor. She said there was something wrong and she would send someone else from the company to take a look and take pictures. This was April 10th. Then on April 25th another Employee from Diversified Floors came and upon entering said there was something definitely wrong took pictures notes and tried to clean the floor on her hands an knees. As far as I can see nothing different happened. She filled a claim with Shaw The hardwood flooring is made by SHAW. Then on May 20th I received a call from Shaw they wanted to send an independent inspector. On May 30th I called Diversified and they got a Shaw rep on the phone who claimed my report had been lost. Then on June 30th the independent inspector came. He took pictures and measured and tried to clean 2 areas which hazed up soon after. I called to advise his office of this. On June the 10th I went to see an attorney and on June 18th I received a letter from Shaw Industries which went to Diversified Flooring which stated... "The concerns appear the result of improper maintenance procedures". How could I have done anything improper using SHAW CLEANER as ADVISED On July 4th I went to my attorney who looked into Diversified Flooring who have Many Many Pending Lawsuits. NEED I SAY ANY MORE........

They were terrible; they were awful.  The price was okay.  I agreed with the price before they did the work.  I didn’t have any problem with that.  They hired some subcontractors that basically didn’t want to come back and do the work.  I had a real hard time getting them to finish the jobs.  I had some problem with the quality of some of the subcontractors work.  They just turned into a real headache.  I couldn’t get them to answer my phone calls back.  They were just unresponsive when I wanted my money’s work.  They were very nice when they wanted to take my money.
