I contacted the provider by telephone and set up a date for the service. He showed at our door at the exact time and proceeded to clean the carpets, explaining before he began exactly what he would do and what he would use. On several heavy traffic patterns, he used extra care. He moved some heavy pieces and put them back in place before he left. He was efficient, courteous, and friendly. We will definitely use him again.
