The worst cabinets I have ever purchased. Off colored shades inside and out , warped shelves,design flaws and so much more - Contractor refused to make any repairs, which should not have been needed with new cabinets, unless paid the final amount due, which in his quote stated would be due after all work completed. They demanded money even though they did not provide the doors,drawer fronts, hardware or counters. Pd 2300.00 down for an awful shell of a kitchen and have lost that money - Beware of this company they will rip you off.

To Whom it May Concern: The complaintant has left several important details out of her complaint. First the original estimate was for particle board laminate cabinetry which we beat our competitors price with, from there she decided to upgrade to 5/8” plywood with white liner, ½” maple plywood drawer boxes, MDF painted doors, open plate rack, glass door in corner, trash basket, lazy susan, laminate bevel edge counter tops. The total price as per the estimate in hand is $5000.00 she has 37.5 lineal feet of cabinetry, that equates into $133.33 PLF. She received an unbelievable price for her kitchen as well as 3/4" plywood boxes. The color was to be determined, she made a selection of a color that had a glaze added to it understanding she was not getting a glazed door. She asked us to price the glazed door but it was out of her budget. Delays starting occurring with her house, due to several factors, the house is an older home, it has been added onto several times, plumbing issue arose delaying the job, mold issues, tile issues, drywall issues, etc… Had she hired a Licensed contractor they more than likely would have seen these in the beginning, instead due to financial issues she was running out of money as she told us, had to ask her lender several times for more lending, all while doing all work without proper permits. These delays resulting in over a month after we had received her materials, except doors, along with us being told of her financial situation by the complaintant caused us to feel concerned for our final draw. Because of this we asked for an additional payment of $2000.00 after the boxes had been installed without doors, tops, and organizational pieces still leaving a balance owed. Doors were originally finished, we decided to add one more coat of paint and it flashed on us, so we decided to install without the doors. That is what has lead us to where we are. Some of the delays did come from us, stemming from we had her job slated for a time period, when we got pushed back we continued on our schedule of other jobs, when she was ready we had to find a place to put her within our schedule. I had emailed complaintant on 3/12/12 after several of her attacks on a business and personal level of the Owner and my Father, I asked her to communicate only with myself. I addressed her issues, made several offers on how we could resolve them, all the while agreeing we would fix them as there are issues in the liner to be resolved, but after we received an additional payment not paid in full. The response we got face to face was totally unprecedented, her tile installer/ boyfriend came into our office on 3/13/12 @ 9:05a.m., made several threats against ourselves and our employees lives should we come on his property, threatened to assault the owner, and “blow his @#*$ face off”. Due to that event we feel that any complaint is a result of her own doing, since we were more than willing to resolve those issues and complete her kitchen. The comlaintant has continued to make allegations, and slander towards Counter Solution Inc. she has called the owner of our building, and according to her had several other “real cabinet makers” inspect our work, although when I asked to meet with her and them I received no answer to that. We have been in business since 1986 under the same name, with the exception of this client all of our previous clients have referred us to friends and family for renovations, I receive letters and emails from some clients expressing how satisfied years later they are with our work. We have been serving Central Florida and the South East United States commercially during this time span, I myself am a Certified Contractor, so it would not be in our best interest to “rip people off” and more than likely would not be in business still if that’s what we have been doing this whole time. Chris Hatcher I may also add she still has an outstanding balance for works completed with her plumber as well, which after he was done she complained as well.

They did a nice job, were reasonable and were on time. They were really good and I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Counter Solution to remodel my kitchen, including kitchen cabinets and countertops. They also did a new vanity in my bathroom.
