+ -1 moreDan came and I indicated what I wanted done - resurface lanai, remove planter, seal waterfall and another planter. Dan gave me the idea for the separate drain where the planter was. First the planter was removed and the coquina rock that it was made of removed. Next they put down a skim coat to smooth the original pressed concrete surface. Dan decided that it needed another layer and did another skim coat. Then they cleaned everything up and laid down the acrylic knock-down coat. Then the surface was painted twice. The last thing was to re-do the expansion joints.
Description of Work: Re-surfaced the total lanai with an acrylic surface and knock-down. Painted the surface with a chosen color. Removed a planter and installed a drain to remove water in that area. Sealed waterfall and another planter so that the coquina rock surface is protected from mildew and has a glossy surface. Installed a new deco-drain in one section of the lanai and drained it to the outside.
