Dan came and I indicated what I wanted done - resurface lanai, remove planter, seal waterfall and another planter. Dan gave me the idea for the separate drain where the planter was. First the planter was removed and the coquina rock that it was made of removed. Next they put down a skim coat to smooth the original pressed concrete surface. Dan decided that it needed another layer and did another skim coat. Then they cleaned everything up and laid down the acrylic knock-down coat. Then the surface was painted twice. The last thing was to re-do the expansion joints.
