+ -1 moreWe had a nightmare with this individual. We ended up going without AC/Central Air for almost a week with 95 degree temperatures. This individual kept promising to come out and to come out, finally we called the Franklin County Sheriffs Dept., he was out within twenty minutes thereafter. George Pruett didn't even want to look at the unit, his first remark was he needed a chain saw to cut the bushes all around the AC unit. One or two may needed to be trimmed, but not all of them cut by a chain saw. This guy just did not want to do it. I hear this is common practice for this contractor, lazy and doesn't want to work.
Description of Work: It is not what he did, but rather what he did not do!
