We hired this company to clean the tile floors in our home. The person who answered the phone, Katie, came to our home to prepare the quote. I observed her measure all of the requested areas. We were preparing to leave town, and left a key for her to perform the work during our absence. Unfortunately, we left the payment check for her too. Big mistake. When we returned, only half the quoted work was done, the check was gone (and cashed), and to top off the icing on the cake our home was left in a shambles (furniture stacked everywhere, wool carpets left on an outside deck, lights left on, and more, despite the fact that Ms. Katie specifically told us the quote included moving items as necessary to perform the work). Our diligent attempts to follow up with Ms. Katie were ignored; she would not answer our phone calls or return voicemails; very unprofessional.
