I was replacing a toilet with a newer efficient model and broke the PVC supply line. The outdoor shut-off would not would not completely stop the flow of water. I called two plumbers and left messages. I received a call back from Dickens Plumbing within 15 minutes and they sent over a two man team that arrived 30 minutes later. They repaired the water line installed the new toilet and re-installed the old toilet in a different location that is seldom used and was not working correctly. The workers were excellent and did a great job. I was so pleased I had them come back and replace the main shut-off on the outside of the house.
