Great. Punctual and professional

Had my doubts when I pulled up and saw this clown was doing my inspection with a bmw for a vehicle to carry his tools and ladders...joke....after his inspection and getting issues done by seller we closed only to find a horror of missed issues...no hot water, electrical windows and doors water lines reversed and on and on... hopefully this review will help others avoid the situation my wife and I now face...someone needs to police these incompetent inspectors, this one especially!!!!

Im normally not one to write a bad review. It takes a lot for me to complain. However, in this situation I feel like its important for me to share my experience with this home inspector since buying a home is such a large purchase. I was relying heavily on this home inspector to do his job. Im a full time stay at home mom and now expecting my second child. I knew purchasing a home was a big expense and knowing we only had one income coming in I wanted to make sure I was fully aware of what I was getting into before we purchased the home. I couldn't afford any big surprises once we purchased the house. Just for reference we purchased a small one story home. So honestly it wasn't a huge overwhelming job. Once he sent me over the report, which was extremely vague and missing things he had verbalized to me I started to feel a little concerned. I should have listen to my gut. Even my relator was concerned when I should her the report. I should have done a second inspection but we were on a strict time line with our contract and already out $500 with this inspection. Overall the inspection report seemed fine. The inspector stressed to me how thorough he was so I should feel comfortable with his findings, which were all very minor and superficial. So I pushed my worries aside and we decided to move forward with the purchase of the home. We were so excited! We've now been in this home for a little over 4 months and have already spend THOUSANDS of dollars on things the inspector missed. Things he should have caught. The people I had do the repair work for me even stated "I can't believe your home inspector didn't catch this". Im not naive, when you purchase a home you'll always have to put a little money into it to make it your own, not thousands. Thats why you pay an inspector to come in an check the home. Im beyond upset regarding it all. Unfortunatley theres not much I can do about the situation. I just keep praying the bad findings will stop soon. Hope this review helps to anyone getting ready to purchase a home. Make sure you ask for references from these inspectors.
