+ -1 moreHe did an excellent job the first time when he built a loft for our shop, but later when we called him to repair our sliding doors, he let us down terribly. He took measurements and said he will be back to us in a week, but he didn't get back to us, he didn’t check things out. We waited over a month and called him several times, but he didn’t respond to us. He finally called and said he can't do the job, but that was a month later. He is not reliable.
Description of Work: Custom Installation by Mike Whitmore was supposed to replace the tracks and rollers on our sliding doors.
