Great customer service. Tech Knew what he was doing, very patient with all of our questions. all were answered. The tech was quite through with our old system, all was well for a 20+ yr. system. When we do get a new system we will go with Coast to Coast Heating & Air.

Wonderful people to due business with. I got several quotes from a verity of companies and they ranged greatly in price, but C&C was far the best and best unit Train. Also when C&C came out ,(Pet) for the estimate they were far more professional then others. Pet is a grate guy I would highly recommend C&C if you are in need of service or new system. Great company. Peter & Violet are true pros. The two installers were very good as well but I did have one minor complaint. They could've been a little more diligent at cleaning up as they left chunks of dirt (when they removed the old concrete pad) and at least 3 long box staples on the driveway where I park my car.

I was happy that Coast to Coast responded within a few hours of my distress call. It was late on a Friday afternoon, and they still came over at 8 p.m., working in the dark until they could diagnose and fix my ailing AC unit. They got my 18-year-old heat pump up and running, although they warned that it could fail in the near future. Since I can't afford to buy a whole-house unit just now, I will certainly have to save up as they advised me that it could cost $5000+ for the size of my house. I am still thankful that I am no longer sweating inside my home.
