I recommend this company because of their professionalism and reliability. My AC went out and I have a 15 month old so the AC needed to be fixed. I just bought the house in December 2020 and was told that the AC is an old unit so eventually went out. I had three estimates and two no-shows in the course of a week. Coast to coast were the first to come out on Monday and Friday I had a contract with them. Their estimate was lower than the other three for the same product. They even offered me a portable AC since I had no AC and had a baby in the house. Unfortunately they had no Portable AC but they said instead of two weeks to put your AC in how about this Thursday. That was great. So on Thursday morning at 8:30 Tony started to install my AC. It took them almost 12 hours and everything was installed. Coast to coast is professional,reliable,affordable, dependable, and take pride in their work.

Their A/C check up two times a year is very effective. We have had them for two years and highly recommend Joe P. as part of the team. On the third tune up (august) they spent almost 2 hours in the attic. This is Florid and it is hot ! The AC work much better and the electrical bill went down. Peter from Coast to Coast H&Air installed a new Carrier Heating and cooling unit in my home last spring. It has worked flawlessly and so far my electric bills have gone down because of it. Today was the first of two scheduled maintenance appointments (no charge) for them to come out and see how the new unit has been working. The technician (JOE), performed many different tests and spent a good hour cleaning the coils as well. He showed me different things about the unit that I was completely unaware which may help me in a pinch. Joe was not only very knowledgeable and efficient at what he was doing, he was very personable while doing his job which instilled my confidence in him. I have had a lot of other technicians from Coast to Coast over the past 13 years, although they were very satisfactory at servicing my original Heating and Air conditioning unit that came with the house when I built it in 2007, none of them compared with Joe.

They are always on time and very quick to respond to a problem. Very professional service and at a reasonable price. Recommend them highly.
