The word "superior" is inadequate to describe the extraordinary customer care we received from the owner, his staff, and his technicians, especially Tony and Brian who installed our new 5-ton unit and an expanded duct system over two days. These installers knew exactly what they were doing and went about their work diligently and expeditiously, constantly communicating with the owner Peter who personally came out to engineer the improvements we needed . "Over and above" describes every aspect of this company's quality service.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
We had a new Carrier heat pump installed and ducts cleaned. They took pride in their work, paid close attention to detail, were very friendly, answered all my questions, and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable, We were really impressed by the care and concern which they put into this installation and by the quality of their work. We would definitely hire again.

They are the most courteous, professional, and honest company Ià ¢à  à  ve ever dealt with. They did not try to sell us something we didnà ¢à  à  t need. The workers Josh and Chris worked all day stalling the heat and ac unit and cleaned up everything when they were done. I was very impressed by them and this company. I highly recommend them.

The Coast to Coast technicians were both professional and highly proficient. They diagnosed a problem with My A/C air handler that another company could not. They fixed the problem in a timely manner at a reasonable price. They are now my go-to airconditioner company.

Installation went as expected however unit did not function as expected. Coast to Coast had to come out several times to get it to function properly. Finally it did/does with the help of their Ace tech and calls to train. So it could have been a train issue, however the consumer (me) doesn't go to Train but to the company that was paid to install it.
