My dog has a chronic ear infection. After trying Zymox (which usually works) we went to the BKT treatment. This is an injection into the ear canal of a substance that slowly dissolves over a 2 week time period. After the first treatment we saw a 50% improvement, so we decided upon a second treatment. There is a marked improvement now, as she is no longer shaking her head and scratching her ears. A change of diet was recommended, just in case my dog is sensitive to something in her feed.

I have been using Blue Run Vet for the last year and a half. This is a holistic veterinary service that also practices traditional veterinary medicine. You get the best of both worlds. The staff is terrific and the vet, Kristi Jackson DVM, CVC, is kind, caring and thorough. She will spend time with you, discussing the health of your animal and your various options. Kristi is especially good at taking blood samples. I have never felt and quot;hurriedand quot; and have been able to take whatever time is necessary to address my many concerns.

The reason I gave a and quot;Band quot; for price is because this is a holistic vet, and their prices are not cheap. The value for the money is very good, but I think that many people would consider it expensive.

Dr. Jackson's practice covers chiropractic, acupuncture, laser therapy, herbal formulas, general medicine and surgery.

The vet is holistic as well as a DBM. Holistic wellness is what they specialize in. They do chiropractic, acupuncture, laser therapy, herbal formulas, general medicine, and surgery. So, she covers everything. Whenever you go to Holistic, it's going to be expensive. She is not outrageous, but she is certainly not cheap.

They are outstanding. The veterinary there is one of the most progressive veterinarians we have ever been to. She blends western medicine with natural healing techniques.
