We gave them out deposit on time and did everything we were supposed to do. I spoke with Pat Halty a couple of days before our scheduled rental date. She told us where she would leave the key. She also said nobody would be around if your husband wants to go ahead and come in. We arrived 10 minutes after the contract date. The cleaning crew was still there partying and almost wouldn't let us in. We left after after our 30 days and our contract said they would send us our deposit within 2 weeks with a list of charges they would charge us against the deposit. She didn't return our deposit for 7 or 8 weeks without a list and was $115 short. We did keep a cable box which was $15 so we agreed to that amount. She charged us for extra days when we didn't stay extra days. There was a broken range and when we turned it on, the whole home filled up with gas. She wrote us a letter saying had you contacted us earlier I could have taken care of it but we did write her and she never responded. I wrote a letter and explained she did tell us we could arrive early but that we actually arrived on our contract date and we didn't stay extra days.  I wrote the letter three weeks ago and haven't heard a word back from her since.
