I originally loved David at Assured Home Inspection until I found out he scammed me. He lured me in by telling me that his cost for the inspection was $50 less then the competitors. He said that he does a real thorough job with pictures and everything. Right before closing my insurance agent asked about the wind litigation. I asked Called David and asked him about it. He said that "she" opted out of doing the wind litigation. She said a few negative things about "her", in which I made she to mention that he was talking to "She" "her". I informed him that I have had an inspection on a home before. I know the wind ligation is something I want. He then proceeded to quote me another $150, but will take off $50. Even Angi listed companies know how to scam.
