It was great.  He's open to any suggestions you want.  He likes to listen to what you have to say about the computer.  He tries his best and if he can't do anything; he'll let you know.

Very pleased with work.  Finished in a timely manner.  Well done. 

It took less than a day to get this done. Since we use our computer for business that is very important to us.

When you drop off a computer at Zone Red, you can pay extra for same day service or leave it for about 3 days. I left mine, got an cost quote by phone after it had been examined, and it was ready to pick up at the time it was promised. Patrick was pleasant and helpful. When I asked about the price of a battery backup they were selling in the shop, he got on the computer and found the same one at a sale price at another store and sent me there. I sure appreciate the way he looks out for his customers.

Very good job and got computer fixed quickly. Also very good prices. I highly reccomend this company!

They were reasonable and competent.

Good and prompt service. We were unable to connect to the internet via Brighthouse before we had it serviced. Still couldn't connect after it was returned. Red Zone was able to connect to the internet at their location. After Brighthouse made a house call, it was determined we needed a router, even after they replaced the cable box. It was a provider issue and not fixable by Red Zone. We now have a router and internet service and an up-to-date laptop thanks to Red Zone.

I took it in to him to see why the fan wasn't working-sometimes I could start it and sometimes it wouldn't. It turns out it was the motherboard that was ruined and had to buy a new PC. He was a nice guy and very friendly.

Before I called Zone Red I got one other estimate from Angie's List. This company wanted to charge $190.00 (two hour minimum) for a diagnosis plus parts. He needed to take the CPU to his shop and call me in a few days. Patrick was so much easier to work with. He combined his diagnosis fee with his labor fee so it was only $25.00 + parts $49.00 + tax $3.43. He gave me back the original part. It was a pleasure to work with Patrick. He is very up front with his costs and tells you beforehand what you will have to pay for any repairs. No surprises!

Patrick repaired my notebook in 2 days. He repaired both the HDD and also the AC power connection port inside the machine.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO.

TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP ON TIME, WAS VERY COURTEOUS, VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY REASONABLY PRICED, AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
