I recently moved into a new home and unfortunately, the markers on the property lines had been removed by my neighbor.  My wife and I are contemplating putting up a fence and we needed to know the approximate location of the property line.  I contacted Zarra Boyd, the company that performed the initial survey of my home, to come out and mark the property lines.  I expected to be charged for this service, but I was pleasantly surprised when they did not charge me to fix this issue.  My experience with this company has been amazing.  The office staff was highly professional.  Matt, the owner, was very responsive to our needs and the surveyors were punctual, friendly and very informative.  They even showed me how to find the line without the stakes in the ground. Needless to say, I will use Zarra Boyd for all my surveying needs in the future.  I highly recommend this service provider and cannot say enough good things about my experience.
