Patrick heard our needs at our home so he could see what we wanted. He drew pictures of what he suggested and incorporated our suggestions. He created the pieces in his shop and delivered them to our home. With the help of his assistant they installed the pieces and taught us how to operate the enclosed fireplace through its remote control.

I met with Patrick Painter to talk about some custom pieces - and I had very specific wants, including incorporating an earring holder my father had made into a jewelery armoire, and "recycling" an old cherry dresser. He was enthusiastic and listened well. He came back with drawings based on our conversation, we tweaked them together, and the pieces were ready a few weeks later. To say they are beautiful is an understatement - if you appreciate fine woodwork, there pieces are full of details in joinery and accent wood. I had 4 pieces made, and will go back to him this year for a custom table.
