We needed a spa cover for jacuzzi. Ordered from Tampa Bay Pool. They were very helpful and we use them all the time. We also needed to have our pool system checked out for possible problems. We were told that the system check would be done that monday(we went on Saturday), and also they would call on Monday with an estimate for the cover. By Friday the spa cover had not been ordered yet, and we were never called on the estimate. We didn't receive the spa cover and filter until the following week, after we inquired about the items. Fortunately our system check was performed a week later and everything checked out. The guys are very nice and knowledgeable and helpful.

Came to see me when I called.  Started pool service.  Service man came next day and has been coming every Tuesday.
Completely satisfied.

He replaced the timer on the day I called. This is the second time we have called for service, and he has responded quickly and professionally both times, unlike other places where we had to wait four or five days for the service tech.

This place was a $100 cheaper than others that I called. He came right away and did a good job.

I had called in the morning concerning replacement of my Fiber Optic Lighting Unit for my pool. Within 6 hours of my call, a technician was at my house and installed the replacement unit which I did not expect to happen right away. It was a very pleasant experience and the technician was very professional in his work and manner. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.
